Beneath the ball of your foot, move your thumbs in circles while applying pressure. Glide your thumbs up and down the foot in opposite directions. If you have enough time, then give yourself a foot bath before and after the massage. Soak your feet in hot water and lavender oil and then rub lotion in. This will give you healthy, soft feet and will leave you feeling great.
